These Terms govern your use of FitTrack. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
FitTrack provides nutrition tracking, AI suggestions, and progress tools. Features may change over time.
FitTrack is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Calorie targets, macro recommendations, and AI coach responses are general guidance, not diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, spamming AI features, attempting to access other users' data, or violating laws.
Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.
You retain ownership of food logs, recipes, photos, and measurements you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the service.
You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
